As part of our commitment to lowering our impact on the environment by finding alternative ways to do things, including the recycling of paper and cardboard packaging we endeavour to re-purposing it back in the garden as mulch and compost. All take-away containers and napkins are biodegradable. We trust that anything outside of this is disposed of carefully.
